I know. They're definitely cool and everything, but yeah it's definitely tough pretending to be normal around them. I keep forgetting to put O'Malley's mask away. Plus I never realized that taking the stairs can be so boring.
I did clean the ceilings, though, so we're all good on that front.
[ There’s a moment of silence from Gwen. She’s chewing her lip and tapping her fingers on the nearest surface while she thinks. This really was an intensely awkward situation. Made worse by the fact that Gwen actually likes being around Hawk and Sam. If she didn’t, and if she hadn’t come as far as she did with trying to make friends, she’d just move out. But that’s her home. And she couldn’t abandon her best friend. Instead of continued texting, she calls. It’s better to hear someone be reassuring, right? ]
We’ve dealt with worse. Right? Glitching because I was in the wrong universe was pretty rough. Not to mention literally every fight I’ve ever been in as Ghost Spider.
